Thank you for choosing Singh Travels. We aim to provide clear and fair refund terms for our customers. This Refund Policy applies to all bookings and services provided by Singh Travels, a company based in Georgia (the country).
1. Standard Cancellation Terms
- 7 days or more before the start date: Full refund of the amount paid, less any non‑recoverable third‑party fees.
- 3 to 6 days before the start date: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 3 days before the start date or no‑show: Not eligible for a refund.
Some services (e.g., peak season tours, special events, or tickets) may carry stricter policies set by our partners. Any specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking and prevail over the standard terms.
2. Non‑Refundable Items
- Visa service fees once an application has been submitted to authorities.
- Non‑refundable tickets or reservations (e.g., certain attractions, transport, or accommodation) as indicated by the provider.
- Bank fees, currency conversion fees, or processing charges imposed by payment providers.
3. Changes and Partial Refunds
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. If a change results in a lower total price, we will refund the difference according to the applicable refund terms and any partner restrictions.
4. Cancellations by Singh Travels
If we cancel a service for operational reasons, safety, weather, or partner unavailability, we will offer an alternative of equal or greater value where possible, or a full or partial refund as appropriate to the portion of services not delivered.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions). In such cases, refunds are processed in accordance with partner policies and applicable law. We will make reasonable efforts to obtain the best possible outcome for you.
6. Refund Method and Timing
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. If not possible, we will agree on an alternative method.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
- Currency: Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. Any exchange rate differences are the customer’s responsibility.
7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Please contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference and the details of your request. Faster contact increases the likelihood of better outcomes under partner policies.
